Ein echtes musikalisches Highlight erwartet uns am 1. Adventssonntag, 27. November 2016, um 19:00 Uhr: Klaus Schulten (Orgel) und Britta Giesecke von Bergh (Trompete) haben anlässlich des derzeitigen Reformationsjubiläums ein besonderes Programm zusammengestellt, das sich mit der Musik zur Zeit Martin Luthers (1483-1546) beschäftigt. „Die Lieder der Reformation – die Reformation in den Liedern“ lautet das Motto dieses Abends, und neben etlichen schönen Klängen wird es auch einiges Wissenswerte über die damalige Musik zu hören geben.

Der Eintritt ist frei.

We are proud to announce a cultural highlight at our German Protestant Church on Sunday, 27 November 2016 (1st Advent), 7:00pm: Klaus Schulten (organ) and Britta Giesecke von Bergh (Trumpet) will play „The songs of the reformation – the reformation in the songs“, as a contribution to the ongoing „500 years of reformation“ anniversairy that is currently celebrated in Germany and around the globe. The concert will present central chorales, hymns and tunes of Martin Luther’s time (1483-1546), and we will also learn some interesting background facts about the music of this period.
